A.E.Lloyd History
A family firm since 1890 with four generations of retailing Cuban cigars for which we have built up a solid reputation worldwide.
In the early days we were priveliged to supply The Prince Of Wales when he came to visit, LLoyd George and many local politicians, no doubt hoping to rise by association with such luminaries!
The business opened in 1890 and ran for many years supplying customers over a large part of central Wales.
In the 1980's and 90's the business expanded to Chester,Cardigan and Cardiff with humidified cigar rooms in each shop.
We have also run a cigar website since 1995, being the first UK site for Cuban cigars, and as such have a lot of experience of shipping fine Havanas anywhere in the world, including the USA with all our cigars sent in original condition and shrink wrapped for international sales to keep the cigars as fresh as they were when they left our humidor.
