WE ONLY SELL NON TOBACCO PRODUCTS - ACCESSORIES SUCH AS PIPES, LIGHTERS, HIP FLASKS ETC.
ANY PRODUCT THAT REQUIRES A TOBACCO HEALTH WARNING WE DO NOT SELL OUTSIDE THE UK.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: WE SEND ALL OUR PACKAGES RECORDED DELIVERY AND INSURED BY US FOR ANY POSSIBLE BREAKAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

A E Lloyd & Son does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
If the items you receive are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at A E Lloyd & Son , we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Goods may only be returned with permision from ourselves. Please contact us for a returns number and shipping instructions. Any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
If you do not inform us within 7 days of receipt that you have decided to return goods which are not faulty, you will be charged a 2% re-stocking fee and postage will not be refunded.
