One Montecristo Dantes 2016 Limited Edition Cigar
Each cigar is dressed with the Edition Limitada second band. The cigar is a Hermoso No.1 (6.”(167mm) x 48 ring gauge) and the Dantes will be the first cigar of this vitola to be represented in the iconic Montecristo marque.
The Dantes was named after Edmundo Dantes, the lead character of Alexandre Dumas 1844 novel The Count of Monte Cristo which proved to be the inspiration for the name of the brand back in the 1930?’s when the novel was read to and enjoyed by the torcedors of the day as they hand crafted their masterpieces, a practice still in vogue today.
Limited Edition cigars use specially selected tobacco leaves grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone which are all then aged for a minimum of two years.
The Dantes are a 2016 Limited Edition and are also presented in SBN boxes containing 10 cigars.
